LinkedIn Usage Restrictions and Settings

We link our system to LinkedIn accounts. So, there are some restrictions and settings to consider. This guide covers LinkedIn's restrictions and settings. It demonstrates the effective use of each part.

1. Can all LinkedIn accounts run campaigns?

No, only LinkedIn accounts with the ability to add connections can run tasks. If your account is new or has low activity, it may lack permission to send connection requests. In this case, even if the account links to the system and creates tasks, the tasks will remain in a paused state.

To enable task execution, raise the account's activity level. Update your profile, share posts, and engage with others. Once the account unlocks the ability to add connections, you can resume tasks. We will soon introduce an automatic warm-up feature for new accounts—stay tuned!

2. Setting and Changing LinkedIn Proxy

When linking a LinkedIn account in the system, you can select a proxy country from the dropdown menu. To change the proxy location, go to LinkedIn account settings. Select the account, update its proxy country, and click "Save."

3. Daily LinkedIn connection request limits

To avoid triggering LinkedIn's security and risking suspension, we limit daily connection requests. You can set a daily limit on connection requests for a campaign. It starts at 10 requests, but you can adjust it.

For safety, we recommend that standard accounts send a max of 20 connection requests per day. Navigator accounts can send up to 35 requests daily.

4. Campaign Not Running Under LinkedIn Account

Several factors can influence the success of a campaign under a LinkedIn account. If a campaign is not running, refer to the task progress section for specific reasons:

• System Configuring LinkedIn Account

If this message appears, please wait. The campaign will start when the configuration is complete.

• The LinkedIn account lacks connection privileges.

This may occur if the account lacks the ability to add connections. Unlock this feature by posting updates, engaging with others, and completing your profile.

• LinkedIn Account Logged Out

If this message appears, go to the LinkedIn account settings in the system and relink the account.

• LinkedIn Account Model Upgrading

This message means the system is updating conversation models. It is analyzing past interactions to improve the bot's responsiveness. Please wait for the upgrade to complete.
