After the campaign starts, check its progress on the task details page.
How to Access Campaign Details?
1. In the campaign list, click on the entire row of the campaign to enter the task details page.
2. Or, click the Actions button in the campaign list. Then, select Details from the dropdown. This will take you to the task details page.
What information is available on the details page?
The campaign details page shows all customers found by the task. It includes their profile picture, name, company, and job title.
You will also see each user's progress. It will show whether the bot sent a friend request or if the user replied.
For users who have replied, you can view the total number of conversations between the bot and the user.
If the chat has the user's contact info, you'll see their phone number, email, or WhatsApp details. You can use them to make direct contact.
How to View Conversations with Users?
After accessing the task details, you will see the list of users. Click on any row to view the full conversation between the bot and the user. It will take you to the conversation details page.
