The AI Recruiter tool helps you automate your recruitment tasks on LinkedIn. Follow these steps to create a campaign:

Access the Campaigns Menu:

  • Click "AI Recruiter" in the left menu.
  • Select "Campaigns" from the right menu.
  • Click "Create" to start a new recruitment campaign.

First-Time Setup:

  • Enter your LinkedIn account credentials to allow AI Recruiter access.
  • Copy the URL from your LinkedIn candidate search results and paste it into the Campaign setup.

Set Time Zone and Proxy Area:

  • Time Zone: Configure the time zone to align with your potential candidates' time zones or your account's usual operating hours. This ensures messages are sent and responded to more effectively.
  • Proxy Area: Set the proxy to match your current country, ensuring LinkedIn recognizes the account activity as legitimate and avoids triggering account security checks.

Two-Factor Authentication:
When AI logs in to your LinkedIn account, LinkedIn may request a verification code:

  • If linked to your email, check your inbox and provide the code.
  • If using the Microsoft Authenticator app, open the app to retrieve the code or approve the unique prompt.

Input LinkedIn Search URL:

  • Refer to the highlighted areas in the example image:
    • Use LinkedIn search filters (highlighted in blue) to define your candidate search.
    • Copy the full content of the URL from the address bar (highlighted in red) and paste it into the "Enter LinkedIn Search URL" field in AI Recruiter.
  • AI Recruiter supports search links from LinkedIn Recruiter (paid tool).

Input Job Information:

  • Refer to the image for highlighted fields:
    1. Match the input data to the corresponding field names.
    2. There are no restrictions on text format or language—copy directly from web pages, Word documents, or PDFs (AI will recognize and localize the text as needed).
    3. The more comprehensive the input, the better the AI's communication with candidates.
